  1. Do Not be afraid: Fear is just your body's way of letting you know you are still alive! If your dreams don't scare you just a little, they're not big enough. You can do whatever you put your mind to, so laugh in the face of your fears and go forward!
  2. Love Yourself First: no one can possibly love you if you don't love yourself. Every morning, find something you love about yourself and proclaim out loud that you love it!
  3. Make a Good Choice: do something today that your future self will thank you for! Park further from the door and add some steps to your pedometer. Choose real food over fast, convenient options.
  4. Believe you Can: Believe that you deserve better! You can be healthier, happier, more energetic, feel better in your clothes and sleep better at night. You have to believe that you CAN!
